Hurdles shape a man!
Enjoying the fruit of success at very young age comes at the highest cost of hurdles faced during the process. The youngsters who excel in their career and who is thinking and working ahead of their age are not free from hurdles and issues arising out of misunderstanding. This happens at their early years of their work towards Success.
Sri Swami Vivekananda pictures out clearly that progress doesn't come at a single step and it has to go throuth various stages.
The very first response on our work from the people will be ridicule. Ridicule is meant as just throwing the words inorder to demoralise a person's growth in a very sarcastic way. This comments do not back any valid reasons or factual points. If our intentions are good, We should not lend our ears to this ridiculous comments.
When a man continues to work in his own way even after enormous ridicules from every people surrounding him, People will dig deep into his work and find some thing worth in it and they start opposing it. Whenever something is opposed, It is evident that the work has both positives and negatives. We should lend our ears to the oppositions rised. We may not always be right. Sometimes, the opposing comments highlight the consequences in our work which we might missed to note. Those comments help us rework on our negatives and make the work still worthy. The progressive opposition builds a strong leader.
Continued and consistent work even affter facing many ridicules and oppositions will sow a seed of acceptance of our work within those who surround us. People will find something worth in it and they would start accepting and acknowledging the greater work. This comes only after how we behave to all their comments and ridicules. It is our behaviour which makes them accept our noble cause. Not everyone who opposed us will accept us and we need not worry about them.
When the intention of our work is alright, We ought to cross these stages. All these stages shape a man into a leader!
Thanks to Swamiji for illuminating us!
