Self-excellence!


Self-analysis and Self-aware make a man excel in his journey of life.

Sitting idle for a couple of minutes comfortably without any possible distractions, analysing our day with an open mind, segregating positives and negatives that emerged from us that particular day, finding out the source of both the respective thoughts, fuelling up the source of positivity, and finding out the ways to weed out the source of negativity makes a man an excellent person in this world.


No books, no mentors, and no influencers can make a man an excellent person unless a man thinks to make him an excellent. I am not ignoring the fact that the books, mentors and the influencers help in our way to enrich ourself but it is our own thoughts which make us excellent.


Leaders take some time amidst their busy engagements to refuel themselves and reflect on themself. Hence, do not miss an opportunity to meet a wonderful leader.

  A birthday tribute to the unifier!   In 1947, India was like a piece of broken glass attached to a single frame. There were 565 princely states across India. Imagine a government at the centre ruling over 565 independent heads of princely states! Will that be a viable task? British gave three options for those princely states. They can either join India or Pakistan or remain Independent. Most of the princely states joined India. If I simply say that the majority of princely states joined India, it would be really a mischief to Sardar Patel. This invincible leader with the strong vision in his mind, bold moves in his foots and with a deep message in his hearts spoke to the heads of the independent princes and made them join India. மூத்தோர் சொல்

"மூத்தோர் சொல்லும் முழு நெல்லிக்காயும் முன்பு கசக்கும், பின்பு இனிக்கும்" என்கிறார் தமிழ் மூதாட்டி. மூத்தோர் என்பது வயதில் எனவும், சான்றோர்கள் எனவும், அறிவில் சிறந்தவர்கள் எனவும் பொருள் கொள்ளலாம். அத்தகைய பெரியோர்கள் அவரவர் வாழ்வில் பல அனுபவங்களைப் பெற்றிருப்பர். வயதால் மூத்தோர் என்பதை விட குணத்தாலும் அறிவாலும் மேன்மை உடையவர்கள் என்பதே சாலச்சிறந்ததாக இருக்கும். வயதாலும் குணத்தாலும் அறிவாலும் நுண்ணறிவு பெற்று விளங்கக்கூடியோரின் துணை ஒருவரின் வாழ்வில் கிடைத்தற்கரிய செல்வம். திருவள்ளுவரும், "பல்லார் பகைகொளலிற் பத்தடுத்த தீமைத்தே; நல்லார் தொடர்கை விடல்" என்று திருக்குறளில் கூறுகின்றார். நல்லோரின் துணையையும் அவர் கூறும் அறிவுரைகளையும் கைவிடுவதனால் ஏற்படும் துயரமானது, பலவித பகைவர்களால் ஏற்படும் துயரத்தை விட கொடியதானதாகும் என்கிறார் வள்ளுவர்.
